Singapore Personal Financial Command Center is a digital download. Refund eligibility will follow the final terms presented at checkout and the applicable commerce platform's policies.

Before purchase

The product page clearly identifies the product as an Excel-based digital product, states the Microsoft Excel requirement, explains the intended use, and provides workbook previews so customers can assess suitability before purchasing.

Product issues

If a purchased file is materially corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the described product, customers should use the support route provided with the purchase to report the issue.

Changes before launch

This V1 policy is intentionally concise. The final commercial refund terms will be aligned with the checkout terms before the Lemon Squeezy product is activated.
