1. Product

ALORWELL provides country-specific Personal Financial Command Center products and accompanying digital documentation for personal financial planning and tracking.

2. Licence

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, the product is licensed for the purchaser's personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for distribution, sublicense, publish, remove ALORWELL branding from, or provide the product to third parties as a competing or shared template. A purchase does not transfer ownership of ALORWELL formulas, workbook architecture, visual design or intellectual property.

3. License verification and identifiers

Where enabled, a purchase may include a unique license key, License ID or order reference. These identifiers may be used to verify purchase access, support eligibility or update access. They may not be shared or used to provide access to another person.

4. No professional advice

The product is educational and designed for personal financial planning and tracking. It is not financial, investment, tax, insurance, legal or other professional advice.

5. Accuracy and user responsibility

Calculations and projections depend on the information entered by the user and the assumptions used. You are responsible for reviewing inputs, outputs and decisions and for independently verifying information where appropriate.

6. Software requirement

Microsoft Excel is required for the intended experience. Compatibility with other spreadsheet applications is not guaranteed.

7. Updates

ALORWELL may improve or update product materials over time. Any update or support terms applicable to a purchase will be communicated through the applicable sales channel.
